If you have been cured you can turn back into a Werewolf by simply asking one of the Circle members of the Companions, Alea, Farkas or Vilkas (however if you cured Farkas or Vilkas they can't give you beast blood anymore). Spoilers for End of Companions Questline:Д¬onsidering you have to become a Werewolf during the Companions Questline you no longer need to become a Werewolf again, however by the end of the questline you can get the opportunity to cure yourself of Lycanthropy, or you have been cured of your Lycanthropy by becoming a Vampire Lord through the Dawnguard DLC. The other way of turning into a Werewolf is after the Companions Questline is completed

In this part the player can stay within the area away from the guards and citizens because going out will make them hostile to you, however you will not get a bounty nor be hostile to the citizens and guards of Whiterun after the transformation.ДЄfter the 'The Silver Hand' quest the player is free to be a werewolf. After drinking it, the character will blackout and become a werewolf out whiterun. He will ask for the permission of the player to proceed and he will cut Alea's arm in her Werewolf form and her blood will pour into a basin to which you must drink from it. When inside Alea the Huntress has transformed into a Werewolf, Skjar will then speech about the history of their gift of Hircine. Spoilers for the quest where you encounter the Werewolves:ДЄfter you find out the Circle of Companions are Werewolves in 'Proving Honor', the next quest 'The Silver Hand', will make the place follow Skjar into a hidden cave under the forge by the Jorrvaskr.

There is only a few ways to become a Werewolf in Skyrim all of them during and after the Companions Questline, for those who haven't gone through the Companion's Questline there is a moment where you will encounter Werewolves and this way you can become a Werewolf.ДЇor those who don't want ot be spoiled for the Companions questline keep going through the questline, the game will show you how to become one when you get to a point. It's best to go in thinking that this is just a game and not a lesson in military doctrine and try to resist the notion that a lone Tiger Tank should wipe out 50 Hussars without breaking a sweat. There's no question that new technology beats old technology, but units that in real life would have no chance whatsoever can still cause damage in Rise of Nations. The wind-powered, cannon-armed man 'o war can damage a modern battleship musketeers can finish off a damaged tank, etc. Along these same lines, it's easy to fall into the trap of thinking that an outdated unit has no chance against modern-day war machines. It's not a huge issue, but it looks weird all the same. Even stranger, it's common to see the same nation using low-tech infantry and high-tech ships or vice versa.

It's not uncommon for one nation to have musket-firing infantry while another is attacking sea lanes with submarines. While this adds an infinite amount of replay value as you tinker with the wide variety of units in the game, it can lead to a few comical instances when nations in different eras duke it out.
